Shipping Policy
Protection Great care is taken in order to protect our products, (your new artwork), in order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Several layers of packaging, (ie bubble wrap, foam wrap, corrugated cardboard, plastic corner covers, multiple cardboard boxes, and a whole lot of packing tape) keep your new artwork safe and sound throughout the delivery process.
Order Processing All products in our store are made to order and produced by our trusted fulfillment partners. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Pictorem Products (Canvas Prints & Fine Art Prints) Pictorem fulfills orders from facilities in both Canada and the United States. Canadian orders are shipped from their Canadian facility; US orders from their US facility. This means no cross-border delays or customs issues for Canadian and US customers.

Artelo Products (Art Prints & Merchandise) Artelo fulfills and ships all orders from their facility in Lexington, Kentucky, USA. Artelo uses DDP shipping for items shipped outside the US. This means JW Duwyn Artworks will absorb any and all customs fees associated with shipping to provide the customer a seamless experience with no surprise customs charges or fees upon delivery.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $175 (CAD) to Canada and the US.
Please Note All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Although incredibly rare, it is possible for damage to incur during transport, if this happens, please refer to Returns and Refunds Policy.
